Ingredients 1 tablespoon Kahlua 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder 1 teaspoon water 2 teaspoons sugar 2/3 cup mascarpone or softened cream cheese 15 AthensĀ® Mini Fillo Shells (1 box) Cocoa powder, for garnish
Instructions In a small bowl, combine Kahula, instant coffee, water and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
Add cream cheese and blend thoroughly. Chill for 1 hour.
Spoon or pipe 2 teaspoons of filling into each Fillo Shell. Garnish with cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
