Phyllo.com is a forum and social networking site for phyllo enthusiasts. We're not elitists though - we welcome everyone who likes to cook or bake and talk about cooking or baking.

The site was conceived of and is sponsored by Athens Foods (www.athensfoods.com), the world's largest producer of fillo dough. Sure, we know what you're thinking, but it's really not like that. We see this as a site for the phyllo people, by the phyllo people. We don't have any military-grade programming in the site that's going to brainwash you with subliminal messages coercing you to buy phyllo. We're in the phyllo business because we love the stuff, and we're pretty sure that there are a few of you out there that do, too.
